Malfunctioning zipper - This was one of the few cross-body bags available on the site and it's cute enough, but the top zipper doesn't track smoothly even when new. It gets stuck in multiple locations and requires a lot of tugging to get loose. This is too much of a hassle for an everyday kind of bag that you open and close throughout the day, so I am going to have to return it.
