Great bag. I get a lot into this small/medium bag (purse, keys, water bottle lipstick and balm, change of pants and undies for my son, snacks, wet wipes, tissues, cell phone, itouch, spare nylon shopping bag, and probably a few other small things). Strap is easy to change length for all the different outings I take it on. Love the water bottle holder. Lightweight. All the compartments are easy to use and zippers open easily. My only complaint might be that the metal zipper on one side is scratchy against your hand when you reach inside (especially on a cold winter day) and the little magnetic closing tab at the top is a bit clumsy (probably because I have a lot in the bag).
